EEE Bugs

The impact we hope to create

We want our work to create value beyond the activity itself.

For children

We aim to support:

  • Curiosity and a love of learning
  • Creativity and imagination
  • Confidence and self-expression
  • Communication
  • Social skills and teamwork
  • Independence
  • Problem-solving
  • Resilience
  • Physical development
  • Cultural awareness
  • Connection with nature
  • A sense of belonging

For families

We hope to create:

  • Meaningful time together
  • Shared memories and experiences
  • Opportunities to learn together
  • Greater cultural understanding
  • Opportunities to discover new places and activities
  • Stronger connections with their local community

For communities

We hope to contribute towards:

  • Greater inclusion
  • Cultural exchange
  • Community connection
  • Intergenerational relationships
  • Greater access to creative, cultural and outdoor experiences
  • Opportunities for people from different backgrounds to learn from one another

These areas can connect naturally with children's wider development and learning, including principles reflected in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and other age-appropriate educational frameworks.

However, our intention is not to turn every experience into a lesson. We want children to experience first, and allow meaningful learning to grow from that experience.
