Our way of growing

From one community in England to children and families around the world.

We will begin in England, building our foundation through meaningful programmes, relationships and partnerships within the local community.

Our first priority will not simply be to grow quickly. It will be to build something meaningful, trustworthy and valuable.

As we learn from the children, families, educators, communities and organisations we work with, we will continue to develop and improve our approach.

From London, our ambition is to grow across the UK and, over time, create opportunities for international collaboration.

We hope to build partnerships with organisations, educators, cultural communities, environmental organisations and other groups who share our belief in meaningful experiences for children.

The future we can imagine

As the organisation develops, our work could grow into areas such as:

  • International children's cultural exchange
  • Nature and environmental learning programmes
  • International creative workshops
  • Cultural festivals and celebrations
  • Educational travel experiences
  • Family camps and outdoor experiences
  • Cross-cultural learning programmes
  • Community and intergenerational programmes
  • International partnerships and collaborative projects

These are possibilities, not promises or boundaries.

We do not want to decide today exactly what this organisation must become in the future. Instead, we want to create a strong foundation that gives us the freedom to discover what comes next.

Our long-term vision

Our ambition is bigger than creating individual programmes.

We want to build a community that becomes a bridge between children and the wider world.

Between children and the wider world

  • A bridge between learning and experience.
  • Between creativity and discovery.
  • Between children and nature.
  • Between families and communities.
  • Between cultures and people.
  • And, eventually, between communities across different parts of the world.

We want children to leave our experiences with more than something they have made or somewhere they have visited.

We want them to leave with a question they want to explore, a new experience they can remember, a connection they have made, something they have discovered about themselves, or a new way of seeing the world.

Our vision will continue to evolve. Because the world is changing, children are changing, communities are changing, and there will always be new things to discover. We want to grow with them.
